Breast Cancer Awareness Month/I Go Pink Campaign

I was so honored to be asked to do a campaign for the Breast Cancer Charities of America.
When they first reached out to me and asked me if I was interested,
I told them tell me what you need and I’ll be there no questions asked, because it is a cause very close to my heart.

This month is Breast Cancer Awareness month, but every day, every month, every year we lose incredible mothers, wives, daughters, sisters, aunts, friends the list is endless to this cancer. Breast cancer is the second leading cancer in women, exceeded only by lung cancer, that is a horrific reality.
The good news is early detection is key and that is why it is important to perform self breast exams and if we notice anything out of the ordinary to see a Doctor immediately.

A huge shout out to everyone who put so much into this campaign,  my dear friend and genius behind the lens who is Nick Saglimbeni,
Gaby Ramos (make up) Al Ingram (hair) the whole slickforce team, and last but certainly not least the beautiful Lia Shahrebani for putting it all together.

I hope with time and more awareness, these numbers will drop significantly and dare I say we’ll live in a world that will be free of breast cancer and all cancers? Here’s to hoping.

A Look back at ABDC Season 6

Can’t believe the season is over, it has definitely been one of my favorite seasons to date.
A big shout out to I AM ME Crew who took home the title of America’s Best Dance Crew, and can’t go without mentioning ICONIC BOYZ
who really did such an incredible job, I know they have a bright future ahead of them.

Also a big Thank you to Diana, Maris & Thomas my team this season, you guys rock!!

Here are some pictures from the finale and the season, hope you enjoyed the show :)

Having Some Fun with the Judges-ABDC Week 8

It’s fun to hang out with the judges back stage every week, but this week the camera’s were there to catch us being silly and goofy :)

A Royal Farewell to Street Kingdom

Seeing the crews go home each week on ABDC is never an easy thing, and each week I say how difficult it is, and each week it gets more and more challenging.
This week was no different as I had to bid a Royal Farewell to Street Kingdom, who fought their way every week, but unfortunately the fight just wasn’t enough this week.
Have some tissue close by, because you may get teary eyed :(

Dance Plug interviews me at ABDC

I guess I’m on a roll, because this week I had the tables turned on me twice having become the interviewee and not the interviewer!
I get so nervous being on the other side! I’m so used to holding the mic :)
Here I am hanging out with Jason Carter from DancePlug.Com

ABDC Pre Show Episode 7

This week on ABDC, the crews not only got to dance to Nick Minaj songs, they got to meet her!
They had no idea Nicki would be showing up to give them their challenges so as you can imagine they  were pleasantly surprised.
Here’s this weeks video of me catching up with the crews before the show :)

I get interviewed

I’m used to being the one doing all the interviewing, so when the tables where turned on me this week, I got a little flustered and shy.
I like being in the drivers seat, so letting someone else drive is a new experience for me :)

I had a blast hanging with Chris Trondsen and Bryan from The Boogie Bots, (ABDC Season 2 alumn) on set.
here I am sandwiched between the two as they went easy on me ;)

Picture of the day from this weeks ABDC

Here’s the picture of the day, I Am Me Crew and I behind the scenes.
My beautiful dress was provided by Lulus.com one of my favortie sites! They have awesome clothes for such reasonable prices, so a huge thanks to them for dressing me :)

ABDC Week 6 Pre Show!

This week on ABDC our superstar was Justin Bieber, so it was a pretty fun to have all the crews dance to his songs, and to see their reactions when Justin gave them their challenges.

I was a little slow to get on the Bieber train, but I guess I’m a Bielieber now ;)

Enjoy this weeks ABDC Insider pre-show :D

787 Exit & Iconic Boyz get emotional to see them leave

I’ve been doing ABDC for 6 seasons now, and I can tell you it doesn’t get any easier to see the crews leave.
I really had to fight back the tears this week, especially having spent so much time with the all the crews, and 787 this season.
Not to mention seeing Iconic Boyz come in to say goodbye to them really messed me up, thank goodness I managed to keep it together in front of them.

Here is the elimination video for this week ABDC Ep 5
